With its classic elegance and a discreet instrument design, the Portofino Chronograph in 42 millimetres attained the status of an icon. The first Portofino with stopwatch function was introduced in 1988. Since then, chronographs have formed an integral part of this line, which has conquered a loyal global following due to its understated, classically elegant design. The Portofino Chronograph is recognizable by its distinctive dial design with partly recessed subdials. The minute counter is located at 12 o'clock, the hour counter at 6 o'clock and the small seconds at 9 o'clock. The well-balanced dial layout is completed by a date and day display at 3 o'clock. This model features a stainless steel case and a silver-plated dial. The case diameter of 42 millimetres ensures a visible and bold presence on the wrist. The blue appliqués and hands are matched by the blue strap made of fine alligator leather.
