WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR FINANCE?
To be eligible for our IFC plans, please ensure that you meet the following criteria:
- Minimum spend of £750
- Aged 18 years or older
- You can provide a residential address on your application (a business address will not be accepted)
- You are a resident at the above address
- You have been a United Kingdom resident for 3 years or more, and will continue your residency in the UK
- You or your partner is in permanent paid employment (over 16 hours per week), retired (receiving a pension), in receipt of a disability benefit or are self-employed
- You have a debit or credit card in your name and registered to your address
- You have a bank or building society current account
- You are purchasing the product for consumer use and not business use
Other conditions may apply; we cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted.
PLEASE NOTE – Finance options are only applicable to UK residents and are not available to students or the unemployed. Applications that have previously been rejected should not be re-proposed within a 3-month period.
*Offer excludes Lunn's High Jewellery collection and Lunn's the Jewellers Gift Cards. Lunn’s Portfolio of Fine Diamonds is only available with IFC for up to a maximum period of 24 months.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR FINANCE ONLINE?
When you purchase online from Lunn’s the Jewellers [John H. Lunn (Jewellers) [Limited], you have the choice of applying for instant finance by simply adding your purchase to your shopping basket, selecting the option for “V12 Retail Finance” at the checkout, and completing a finance application form. Follow the instructions on the V12 application, entering your personal details as required and including your deposit information - we'll do the rest!
The whole process only takes a few minutes and is simple, straightforward, and secure.
Not all products online are offered with the option to finance your purchase. Products that are eligible for IFC will display the highlighted option on each individual product page.

For purchases made online, goods will be delivered to the application address only.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once you've chosen the product(s) you'd like to purchase, paid your deposit online by Card or by PayPal, and submitted your V12 application form which you will be able to access via the 'checkout'.
Your application will either be ‘Approved’, ‘Declined’ or ‘Referred’.
If ‘Approved’ - An ‘Approved’ outcome will be displayed on your screen, alongside the next steps you will need to take to finalise your agreement. This could include identity verification or eSigning the credit agreement.
If ‘Declined’ - A ‘Declined’ outcome will give you the option to print our information page about declined applications.
If ‘Referred’ – V12 should provide a decision within 10 minutes. In a small number of cases, it may take two to three hours to do additional checks. If V12 requires further information, they will contact you directly. As soon as V12 have reached a decision, they will amend the status of your agreement to ‘Approved’ or ‘Declined’.
Once your finance application is approved, you will receive an email advising your next steps.
Following the authorisation of your finance agreement, your goods will be dispatched.

FINANCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Lunn's the Jewellers, in conjunction with Secure Trust Bank PLC, trading as V12 Retail Finance, is pleased to offer our UK clients the opportunity to apply for Interest Free Credit for some items. IFC options are applicable on most items with a minimum spend of £750 and available for up to 3 Years (excluding Portfolio of Fine Diamonds), with only a 10% deposit. Portfolio of Fine Diamonds items are only eligible for IFC over up to 2 years.
Please note exclusions to this offer apply. Credit is not available on certain items on the website - some brands and items are excluded. Please refer to the appropriate product pages, where you can see if the credit option is offered for that product. Only the goods that display the illuminated finance option on their product page are included in this offer.
Due to restrictions imposed by individual watch and jewellery brands, not all of our products can be displayed online, sold online or have their official prices indicated online. Credit options may differ slightly between our stores and website because of these restrictions. 30 Day Right to Reject
Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund - as long as you do this quickly. This right is limited to 30 days from the date you buy your product.
Making a Complaint
If you are not entirely happy with your recent experience, you may raise a complaint by contacting concierge@lunns.com. Our Concierge Team will assist you in resolving your complaint as quickly as possible.
After a complaint is made, if it is not immediately resolved, we may need to investigate it. This process may take 10 business days or longer, in which case we will update you with a reason for the delay and the expected timeframe.
If you are dissatisfied with our response and your agreement is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, free of charge, but you must do so within six months of the date of the final response or 8-week holding letter.
