JOB DESCRIPTION
Hours of Work:
• Full Time: 5 days per week, 37. 5 standard hours (typically 08.30am-17.30 or equivalent on late nights) Monday - Sunday with rotating days off.
• There may also be a requirement, on occasions to work additional hours as per business needs.
Sell luxury jewellery and watches across the Lunn’s store brands, including, Lunn’s Portfolio of Fine Diamonds, Rolex, TAG Heuer & Tudor through exceptional customer service within a high-quality retail environment ensuring that set targets are achieved.
Role Scope:
Work within a small team of sales professionals in our Lunn’s stores.
Key Activities:
• Immerse yourself in our Lunn’s store environment, whilst being an ambassador for the brands ensuring each client gets exactly what they are looking for.
• Keep up to date with new brand products, models, and training to ensure that you are an expert in Brand knowledge.
• As a team member contribute positively to the team environment and Lunn’s values and ethos.
• Educate and build your clients trust in our own brands, harnessing a long-term relationship with you and Lunn’s.
• Actively use our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to continuously elevate our client journey.
Key Activities:
• Support your clients to create their special moments through your exceptional customer service.
• Deal effectively and efficiently with all aspects of clients’ enquiries from those that know exactly what they want to those that need a little help.
Key Activities:
• Attend all training programmes as part of your role to continue to support your learning and growth, developing yourself both personally and professionally to be the best version of you.
• Work as part of the Lunn’s store team to build and maintain exceptional, knowledgeable teams.
Key Activities:
• Preserve the product that is in store, ensuring that your showroom and displays are always pristine.
• Review and suggest ways of continually improving the Lunn’s Flagship Store.

• GCSE English and Maths C grade or above (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 year of sales experience in a customer facing role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility regarding hours of work.
• Retail experience in jewellery or watches
• Retail experience in Luxury/premium brands/services.
• Have a passion for people, great a building rapport and personable.
• Be an enthusiastic, self-motivated team player.
• Ability to actively listen to ensure each client’s need is met.
• Ability to adapt your style to suit your client’s needs.
• Excellent attention to detail and enjoy problem solving.
• Exceptional persuasive skills
