Position Title: Rolex Host
Location: The Rolex Boutique, Queen’s Arcade, Belfast, BT1 5FE.

Hours of Work:
  • Part time: 4 days per week, 20 hours standard hours (typically 10.00am-3pm)
  • There may also be a requirement, on occasions to work additional hours as per business needs.



Role Specification
Role Purpose:

This role will be key to the day-to-day smooth running and organisation of the Rolex Boutique in Queens Arcade. Working in collaboration with our Store Management and Sales teams, the Host will deliver exceptional client service, through their excellent organisational skills, rapport building and general hospitality skills.
Role Scope:

Work within the Rolex Boutique to ensure Lunn’s provide a world class service in both sales and aftercare to our clients.
Area of Responsibility: Daily Operations & Standards
Key Activities:

  • Assist the team with day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling correspondence and maintain client records.
  • Ensure all customer information is accurately entered onto our CRM database and manage follow-up communication.
  • Support with the organisation of events and promotional activities, providing logistical assistance.
  • Daily, weekly and monthly management of our CRM appointment system, assigning clients to sales professionals.
  • Assisting with open/closing tasks, as required
Area of Responsibility: Client Relationship
Key Activities:

  • First line of client greeting and concierge for the Rolex Boutique.
  • Welcoming all clients on arrival, ensuring that they feel valued and comfortable.
  • Delivering Rolex hospitality according to the Rolex client service guidelines.
  • Offer refreshments and guide clients to the appropriate Sales or Aftercare professional, based on their needs.
  • Maintain a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere in the Boutique, ensuring high standards of customer care at all times.
  • Enhancing the client experience during their visit to the Boutique.
  • Observing tables during open hours and attending to guest needs, as and when required.
  • Active listening to understand client needs throughout their visit.
  • Providing responses to client queries, as and when required.

  • Continue to prioritise learning and development for yourself and ensure you keep up to date with all brand training including Rolex Advisor.

Skills
Essential
  • 2 years’ experience in hospitality/customer facing role.
Desirable
  • Experience in Luxury/Premium Retail/Hospitality Experience.
