Hours of Work:

•    Full Time: 5 days per week, rota-based Monday to Sunday, 41.25 hours standard hours 

•    There may also be a requirement, on occasions to work additional hours as per business needs.

Role Specification
Role Purpose:

To support the management team in driving a high performing team of sales professionals in the Flagship showroom. Working as part of the management team, including as a key holder, opening, and closing the store. Planning and prioritising the day-to-day retail operation of the store whilst, supporting the KPIs and standards of excellence we aspire to deliver for every client.

Role Scope:

Working as part of the Flagship showroom leadership team.

Area of Responsibility: Brand Ambassador 

Key Activities:


•    Act as a brand ambassador for both Lunns and Brand Partners. 
•    Support and encourage the sales team to be ambassadors for Lunn’s and Brand Partners also. 
•    Keep up to date with new brand products, models, and training to ensure that you are an expert in Brand knowledge.
•    Commercial understanding of sales and KPI’s
•    Drive and maintain store standards
•    Liaising with the commercial, online and marketing teams 

Area of Responsibility: Client Experience

Key Activities:


•    Leading by example with pride and passion in delivery of a world class customer experience for each client. 
•    Coach and support the sales teams to effectively deal with all aspects of clients’ enquiries. 
•    Lead by example in delivering a positive team environment and living the Lunn’s values and ethos.
•    Expand your client data base becoming a beacon for client development for all the Lunn’s brands. 
•    Continue to educate and build your clients trust in our own brands, harnessing a long-term relationship with Lunn’s.
•    Lead the sales teams in full engagement of our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to continuously elevate our client journey.

•    Actively seek opportunities to develop yourself and sales team both personally and professionally to be a world class team. 
•    Work with the Flagship leadership team to build and maintain exceptional, knowledgeable teams. 
•    Successful completion of all learning and development opportunities that are required for this role.

•    Continually review and assess inefficiencies and support in creating action plans to continually improve. 
•    Confidently contribute to the team’s voice to ensure successes are celebrated and opportunities are acted upon.

Person Specification
Essential

•    2 years experience in a sales/customer facing role
•    1 year experience in supervising a team

Desirable

•    Sales/Customer facing experience in luxury or premium retail. 
•    Jet 1 and/or Jet 2 qualification
•    Use of a CRM system
