HOW TO PLACE A CLICK & COLLECT ORDER
Once you have found ‘The One’, you can purchase online for free delivery to a Lunn’s showroom of your choice and we will notify you as soon as your item is ready for collection.
On our website, simply:
- Add your item(s) to your shopping basket
- At the checkout, select the "Click & Collect" delivery option.
- Select the showroom that you would like to collect your items from.
- Specify any additional instructions, such as gift wrapping or a personalised message.
- Proceed through the checkout to finalise your payment.
- Your chosen store will contact you once your order has arrived and arrange a convenient date and time for you to collect.
On occasion, your order may take a little longer to arrive at the showroom of your choice; if, for any reason that is the case, we will contact you by telephone or email and let you know.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED FOR COLLECTION
We’ll need to know who is collecting your item. Therefore, we’ll ask to see:
- Photo ID - a valid passport, driving licence or UK National ID card.
- Your order acknowledgement or collection confirmation email.
- If someone else will be collecting on your behalf, you should contact us to let us know. We will require their full name and address as it should appear on the ID they will present when collecting. You can contact us to inform us of collection arrangements at concierge@lunns.com.
EXCEPTIONS
Click & Collect may be subject to exceptions. You will be advised of any issues at the point of order.
