Role Specification
|
Role Purpose:
- To support the Head of Marketing to drive a team of high-performance marketing professionals to deliver on time and within budget the marketing strategies for Lunn’s own brand and our brand partners.
|
Role Scope:
- Working as part of the wider Marketing Team to drive the Lunn’s marketing strategy across a range of channels, from traditional media such as print and OOH to social media, CRM and events.
|
Area of Responsibility: Excelling at Brand Partner Strategies
|
- Key Activities:
- Creating compelling omni-channel plans for events, advertising and digital media.
- Liaising with brand partners and internal stakeholders on a regular basis
- Ensuring campaign deadlines and KPIs are met and that invoices are correctly organised and signed off.

Area of Responsibility: Elevating Our Own Brands

Key Activities:
- Supporting with the generation of content across social media, blogs and newsletters for Lunn’s own brands.
- Aligning regularly with our internal teams to establish requirements and implement plans.
- Optimising engagement through paid social media campaigns working with the social media and digital team members to unify our brand presence across diverse channels.

Area of Responsibility: Delivering a World-Class Customer Experience

Key Activities:
- Executing best-in-class events for our customers by working closely with external agencies and suppliers.
- Reporting and analysing all marketing activity including customer engagement, campaign results and any learnings going forward to ensure the Lunn’s experience is second to none.

Area of Responsibility: Building & Maintaining a World-Class team

Key Activities:
- Supporting and coaching the wider Marketing Team who are passionate about what they do.
- Continuing to develop yourself both professionally and personally, to be the best version of yourself in this role.
- Supporting the Head of Marketing to lead and manage the marketing team from onboarding to off-boarding and everything in between.

- Reviewing, assessing, and implementing new ways of working with the Head of Marketing to ensure efficiencies and productivity are maximised across the Marketing Team.

Skills, Behaviours & Attributes
|
- At least 5 years’ experience in a marketing or equivalent role
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency or working with agencies
- Enthusiastic and up for a challenge, with a can-do attitude
- Experience coordinating large omnichannel campaigns
- Experience managing a team of Marketeers
- Creative individual with strong copywriting skills and an eye for detail
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence liaising with suppliers
- Hungry to learn and up-skill
- Great planning and organisation mindset to workload
- Ability to carry out detailed work to a high standard
- Ability to manage and handle budget
