Hours of Work:

  • Full Time - 5 days per week
  • Monday – Saturday with set rotating days off
  • Opportunity to work from home one day per week
  • The position requires flexibility during working hours to enable the best possible use of time available
  • There may also be a requirement for additional hours as per business needs


Role Specification

Role Purpose:

To deliver a world class Concierge service via emails and telephone calls with clients regarding luxury goods, whilst fulfilling client orders online and reserving orders in store, to maintain and develop sales within agreed strategy and targets.

All underpinned by in depth brand and product knowledge as well as updating stock and inventory to via Encore.

Role Scope:

Working within the Lunn’s E-Commerce team to populate the site with current stock and make client contact for Online Sales and in store reservations.

 Area of Responsibility: Customer Service

Key Activities:

  • Implement Lunn’s world class service with every customer by whichever means of communication.
  • Deal effectively and efficiently with all aspects of clients’ enquiries from the clients that know exactly what they want to the clients that need a little help.
  • As a team member contribute positively to the team environment and Lunn’s ethos.
  • Educate and build our clients trust in our own brands, harnessing a long-term relationship with you and Lunn’s.
  • Actively use our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to drive our brands with clients.

 Area of Responsibility: Brands

Key Activities:

  • Be an ambassador of the Lunn’s Brand and our Brand Partners.
  • Manage brand standards compliance.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge.
  • Prioritise learning and development to ensure that you are fully up to date with Brand updates and guidelines.

 Area of Responsibility: Online

Key Activities:

  • Populate the website in line with stock levels and brand allowance.
  • Support implementation of agreed developments, as set by Lunn’s Strategic Teams.
  • Support the team with ad hoc requirements

  •  Minimum of 1 years' experience in a retail role with a high involvement in driving sales growth.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • Experience of Jewellery/Watches
  • Recognised Professional Jewellery qualification
  • Previous E-Commerce/Online Sales experience
